Amarion Dance posted a new career-high in sacks on Thursday. He picked up 1.5 sacks and made seven total tackles (2.0 for loss) in addition to snagging an interception. He is on a roll when it comes to total tackles, as he's now made six or more in each of the last nine games he's played dating back to last season.

Looking ahead, Dance and Rocky Mount are packing up and heading out on the road for their first away game of the season: Rocky Mount will take on Nash Central at 7:00 p.m. on the 5th. The Gryphons are 8-2 against the Bulldogs going back to October of 2015, a lead they'll look to extend.
