Compton is 2-8 against Woodrow Wilson since October of 2015 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. The Tarbabes will face off against the Bruins at 7:00 p.m. The two teams are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.

Compton will roll into the contest after a wild two-game stretch: they didn't score any points last Friday, then bounced right back against Cabrillo on Friday. The Tarbabes were the clear victors by a 48-27 margin over the Jaguars. The win was some much needed relief for the Tarbabes as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Compton was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 338 rushing yards. They are a perfect 3-0 when they've run for more than 200 yards.

Special teams was a major factor in the game for Compton, racking up 11 points in total. The biggest highlight from special teams (and perhaps the team as a whole) came courtesy of Hawkins, who ran a punt back for a touchdown.

Meanwhile, Woodrow Wilson hadn't done well against Millikan recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday.
