Dover-Sherborn's game on Wednesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They skirted past the Bellingham Blackhawks 7-6. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Raiders have posted since March 28th.

Dover-Sherborn got a great performance from Stephen Alphas as he pitched six innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off three hits.

At the plate, Will Forman was a standout: he went 2-for-4 with one home run. That home run was his first of the season. The team also got some help courtesy of Ronan Sullivan, who went 1-for-2 with three RBI and one double.

The win got Dover-Sherborn back to even at 7-7. As for Bellingham, their loss was their sixth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 1-11.

Dover-Sherborn wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 16-5 victory against Dedham on the 11th. Bellingham has also already played their next matchup (against Holliston), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
