Basketball Recap: Molalla Takes a Loss

Molalla and Gladstone squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Molalla had to settle for second. The game between the Molalla Indians and the Gladstone Gladiators didn't end well, with the Molalla Indians falling 42-26. The Indians were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Gladiators earlier this season, when they won 55-45.

Molalla's defeat dropped their record down to 12-11. As for Gladstone, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 5-19 record this season.

Molalla will be playing at home against The Dalles at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Gladstone has already played their next contest (against Crook County), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
