Softball Game Preview: Norte Vista Braves vs. Rubidoux Falcons

Norte Vista is on a six-game streak of home losses, and Rubidoux a six-game streak of away losses. However, someone's due for a change in luck on Tuesday. The Norte Vista Braves will be playing in front of their home fans against the Rubidoux Falcons at 3:15 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Thursday just wasn't the day for Norte Vista's offense. They came up short against Ramona on Thursday, falling 21-0.

Rubidoux couldn't beat Patriot on Thursday even though they stacked four runs on them in the fourth inning. The Falcons lost 21-4 to the Warriors.

Rubidoux saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Mary-Jane Ortega, who got on base in all three of her plate appearances with one RBI.

Rubidoux's defeat dropped their record down to 6-11. As for Norte Vista, their loss dropped their record down to 2-13-1.

Norte Vista beat Rubidoux 12-8 in their previous matchup back in March. Do the Braves have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Falcons turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
