Unicoi County was the 5-3 winner over Elizabethton when they last played one another last Monday, but their luck changed this time around. The Blue Devils fell just short of the Fighting Cyclones by a score of 3-1 on Sunday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest loss the Blue Devils have suffered against the Fighting Cyclones since April 5, 2022.

Unicoi County's defeat dropped their record down to 16-10. As for Elizabethton, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 22-11 record this season.
