Baseball Recap: Ninety Six Wins Going Away Against Pelion

While Ninety Six put up plenty of runs on Friday, the same can't be said for Pelion. Ninety Six was the clear victor by a 12-0 margin over Pelion. The result was nothing new for the Wildcats, who have now won three games by ten runs or more so far this season.

Ninety Six now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Pelion, their defeat was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 2-5.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. A feisty cat fight will be fought as Ninety Six Wildcats take on Batesburg-Leesville Panthers at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Batesburg-Leesville will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Ninety Six surely won't give up without a fight. As for Pelion, they will be playing at home against Saluda at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
