Volleyball Recap: Reynolds Wins Going Away Against Farrell

Reynolds won the last time they faced Farrell and things went their way on Thursday too. The Raiders blew past the Steelers 3-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Raiders.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-3, 25-19.

Reynolds' offense was headlined by Hannah Reckhart and Ava Murcko, who picked up six kills apiece. They got some help from Rylee Burnett and her nine assists. Reckhart was also solid from the service line: she led the team with five aces.

Reynolds' victory bumped their record up to 2-0.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Reynolds will take on West Middlesex at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. The Raiders are facing the Big Reds at the right time seeing as the Big Reds are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Farrell, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Sharon at 7:00 p.m. on the 9th.
