North Gaston never let their opponents score on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Huss Huskies as they made off with a 17-0 victory. The result was nothing new for the Wildcats, who have now won four contests by 13 runs or more so far this season.

Alysa Couick made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she struck out seven batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. Couick was also big at the plate, scoring two runs while getting on base in two of her three plate appearances. The dominant performance also gave her a new career-high in RBI (three).
