After only two runs in their last matchup, Riverbend made sure to put some runs up on the board against King George on Wednesday. The Bears blew past the Foxes 10-4. With that win, the Bears brought their scoring average up to 6.3 runs per game.

Chloe King made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she struck out ten batters over five innings while giving up just one earned run off five hits. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than two walks any time she's pitched this season. She was also big at the plate, scoring a run while going 1-for-3.
