Football Recap: Clayton Valley Charter Victorious + How To Watch

It's playoff time, and Clayton Valley Charter had no trouble coming through when it counted. In a tight game that could have gone either way, they made off with a 20-19 win over the Windsor Jaguars. The Ugly Eagles have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Jaguars on Friday, too.

Jhadis Luckey was his usual excellent self, rushing for 185 yards and one touchdown, while also picking up 66 receiving yards and one score.

They were just one part of a punishing run game: Clayton Valley Charter was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 242 rushing yards. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Windsor only rushed for 82.

Windsor's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Carter Vose lll, who threw for 143 yards and a pair of TDs, and Fernando Lopez, who gained 103 total yards and a touchdown.

Clayton Valley Charter now has a winning record of 6-5. As for Windsor, their loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 6-5.

Clayton Valley Charter has already played their next contest, a 21-17 victory against Campolindo on the 21st. Windsor does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
