Baseball Recap: Perryton Triumphs

Perryton never let their opponents score on Friday. They walked away with a 5-0 win over the Lake View Chiefs. The Rangers haven't had any issues with the Chiefs recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Cooper Schilling was a major factor while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and allowed only two hits over five innings pitched. Schilling was also big at the plate, going a perfect 2-for-2 with two stolen bases, one triple, and one run.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Jaxten Castanon, who scored two runs and stole two bases while going 3-for-3.
