Gustine had to skate by with only a one-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the ten-run drubbing they dealt Denair on Tuesday. The Reds never let the Coyotes get on the board and left with a 10-0 win. The Reds might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine games by six runs or more this season.

Lucas Malone was incredible, going 3-for-4 with five RBI, one run, and one double. Those five RBI gave him a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Alexander Quezada, who scored a run while going 2-for-3.

Gustine is on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-4 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.1 runs over those games. As for Denair, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-5-1.

Gustine will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Coyotes: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
