Basketball Recap: Fond du Lac Takes a Loss

Fond du Lac was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. The match between them and the Neenah Rockets didn't end well, with the Fond du Lac Cardinals falling 74-57. While losing is never fun, the Cardinals can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin basketball rankings (they are ranked 233rd, while the Rockets are ranked 69th).

Fond du Lac's loss dropped their record down to 6-14. As for Neenah, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a nice bump to their 12-6 record this season.

Fond du Lac will square off against Appleton West at 7:30 p.m. on February 4th. Neenah has already played their next game (against Kaukauna), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
