Madison was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They were beaten by the Churchill Chargers 83-34. While losing is never fun, the Mavericks can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 928th, while the Chargers are ranked 43rd).

Madison's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances.
