Volleyball Recap: San Dimas Beats Los Altos for Their Third Straight Victory

San Dimas won the last time they faced Los Altos and things went their way on Tuesday too. San Dimas blew past Los Altos 3-0. The victory was nothing new for the Saints as they're now sitting on three straight.

San Dimas didn't let Los Altos take a single set, but it sure wasn't easy: every set was decided by three points or less. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 27-25, 25-22.

Noah Bobadilla paced San Dimas' offense, picking up 12 kills. Bobadilla got some help from Abel Hagos and his 30 assists. Hagos also made an impact serving: he shared the team lead in aces with Jacob Pardus, racking up three apiece.

Despite the defeat, Los Altos had strong showings from Nathan Cudiamat, who had 18 assists and four digs, and Christopher Talavera, who had 14 digs. That's the most assists Cudiamat has posted over his last seven games.

San Dimas now has a winning record of 8-7. As for Los Altos, their loss was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 9-8.

San Dimas wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-1 win against West Covina on the 20th. As for Los Altos, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-1 victory against Alta Loma on the 20th.
