Soccer Recap: Jefferson Takes a Loss

Jefferson lost against Brandon back in November of 2019 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Jefferson Dragons fell just short of the Brandon Eagles by a score of 2-1. The defeat leaves the Dragons without a win on the season.

Jefferson's loss dropped their record down to 0-11. As for Brandon, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 1-8-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Jefferson will square off against Plant City at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Jefferson is facing Plant City at the right time seeing as Plant City is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Brandon, they will take on Middleton at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in Middleton's favor is that they have posted at least four goals in their last three games.
