Volleyball Recap: St. Joseph Picks Up Third Consecutive Victory

St. Joseph entered their tilt with Wendover on Friday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Wildcats. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in August.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: St. Joseph took every set by at least 11 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-14, 25-12.

St. Joseph's victory bumped their record up to 11-7. As for Wendover, they have been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last nine contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-18 record this season.

St. Joseph will head out to take on Ben Lomond at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Wendover, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Tintic on the 27th.
