Football Recap: Toronto Has No Trouble Against Monroe Central

After only 12 points in their last game, Toronto made sure to put some points up on the board against Monroe Central on Friday. The Red Knights enjoyed a cozy 35-21 win over the Seminoles. The score was all tied up 14-14 at the break, but the Red Knights were the (much) better team in the second half.

Michael Henry had an outrageously good game as he rushed for 71 yards and three scores, and also threw for 136 yards and one TD while completing 92.9% of his passes. Those 71 rushing yards gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Drake Bouscher, who rushed for 86 yards and one touchdown.

Toronto's record is now 7-1. As for Monroe Central, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-5.
