Volleyball Recap: Liberty Lancers vs. Falcon Falcons
Liberty was the 3-0 winner over Falcon when they last played one another back in April of 2021, but their luck changed this time around. The Liberty Lancers lost 3-0 to the Falcon Falcons on Wednesday. The Lancers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-15, 25-14.
Luna Chester paced Liberty's offense, picking up four kills. Chester got some help from
Cadence Schaffer and her nine assists.
Liberty's loss dropped their record down to 2-17. As for Falcon, they are on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 18-5 record this season.
Liberty will be taking part in a tournament against Riverdale Ridge at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Falcon does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
