Volleyball Recap: Plainwell Takes a Loss

The Plainwell Trojans didn't have quite enough to beat the St. Philip Catholic Central Fighting Tigers on Saturday and fell 1-0.

Plainwell's defeat dropped their record down to 6-8. As for St. Philip Catholic Central, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 11-3-1.

Plainwell has already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Portage Northern on the 13th. As for St. Philip Catholic Central, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 1-0 loss against Grosse Pointe South on the 13th.
