Softball Recap: Kickapoo Takes a Loss

Friday just wasn't the day for Kickapoo's offense. They lost 9-0 to the De Soto Pirates on Friday. The Panthers were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Pirates earlier this season, when they won 5-2.

Kickapoo dropped their record down to 8-8 with the loss, which was their third straight at home. As for De Soto, their win bumped their record up to 7-8.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Kickapoo will challenge rival Wauzeka-Steuben at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, De Soto is set to face off against their familiar foe La Farge at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
