Volleyball Recap: Chester Takes a Loss

Chester was the 2-1 winner over Orangefield when they last played one another back in August of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Yellowjackets took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bobcats on Friday.

Chester has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-4 record this season. As for Orangefield, the victory snapped their losing streak at four games and leaves them with a 4-10 record.

Chester has already played their next game, a 2-0 loss against Lumberton on the 22nd. As for Orangefield, they will host Bridge City at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
