Basketball Recap: Mitchell Starts Season with Defeat on the Road + How To Watch

Mitchell kicked off their season on the road on Tuesday and hit a couple of potholes. They fell 68-55 to the Elizabethton Fighting Cyclones.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Mitchell will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Swain County at 8:00 p.m. on the 25th. As for Elizabethton, they are packing up and heading out for their first away game of the season: they will square off against Cocke County at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
