Basketball Recap: Harlan's Loss Ends Three-Game Winning Streak on the Road

Harlan was the 63-54 winner over Lewis Central when they last played one another back in February of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Harlan Cyclones took a 54-42 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lewis Central Titans on Tuesday. The matchup marked the Cyclones' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Harlan's loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 4-3. As for Lewis Central, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 5-3 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Harlan will take on St. Albert at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Lewis Central, they will square off against Clarinda at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
