Volleyball Recap: Hialeah Comes Up Short

Hialeah lost against TERRA Environmental back in March of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Thoroughbreds came up short against TERRA Environmental, falling 3-0. The Thoroughbreds just can't catch a break and have now endured six defeats in a row.

The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-16, 25-20.

Leading TERRA Environmental to victory were Luka Reyes and MIGUEL RIVERO. Reyes had three digs and two aces, while RIVERO had ten digs. Reyes is also on a roll when it comes to assists, as he's now posted 18 or more in each of the last ten games he's played dating back to last season.

Hialeah's loss dropped their record down to 4-9. As for TERRA Environmental, their victory was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 9-7.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Hialeah will challenge Mourning at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for TERRA Environmental, they will face off against Varela at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
