Congratulations to this week's top players! We're covering the best performances from Thursday's football action (using all statistics entered as of the time of writing). Enjoy!

Keshon Greene Turns in Season-Best Effort

On Thursday, Overlea got the W thanks in part to Keshon Greene playing the best football he has all season. Greene picked up 126 receiving yards and two touchdowns, and also rushed for 30 yards and a touchdown, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. He was no stranger to the big play, lighting up the secondary with a catch that went for 55 yards.

On the year, Greene has caught 3 touchdowns while averaging 42 receiving yards per game. He's made a big improvement compared to last season: at this point last year, he was only averaging 24.4 receiving yards per game.

Corey Perry Delivers Best Performance of Season

Overlea was led to victory by Corey Perry, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Thursday. Perry threw for 202 yards and two touchdowns on only 14 passes, and also punched in two rushing scores.

If the past is any indication, Perry could be in store for another big game when he takes on Eastern Tech on Friday. Perry threw for 226 yards and four touchdowns on only 18 passes the last time he and the Mavericks duked it out back in October of 2023.

Nevaeh Elliott Crosses Big Stat Threshold

Nevaeh Elliott put up the most rushing yards he's had since back in October of 2023 on Thursday. He rushed for 115 yards and two touchdowns. He's now once again averaging 100+ rushing yards (100.2) per game. His rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his third straight game with at least 105 rushing yards dating back to last season.

If history really does repeat itself, Elliott might just drop another big game when he faces off against Dulaney on Friday. Back in October of 2023 (the last time Elliott saw the Lions), he rushed for 216 yards and a touchdown while picking up 10.8 yards per carry.
