Volleyball Recap: Thornton Fractional South's Loss Ends Four-Game Winning Streak on the Road

Thornton Fractional South lost against Rich Township back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Red Wolves fell 2-0 to the Raptors.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-18.

Earehc' Hill paced Thornton Fractional South's offense, picking up four kills. Hill got some help from Candace Irvin and her six assists.

Thornton Fractional South's loss ended a four-match streak of away wins and brought them to 12-9. As for Rich Township, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-8 record this season.

Thornton Fractional South didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Bradley-Bourbonnais on the 27th. Rich Township has also already played their next match (against Marian Catholic), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
