Baseball Recap: Atlantic Has No Trouble Against Glades Day

Atlantic's game last Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Glades Day Gators as the Atlantic Eagles made off with a 13-3 victory. With that win, the Eagles brought their scoring average up to 7.8 runs per game.

Thomas Krolikowski was incredible, getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with four runs, one triple, and one RBI. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in runs. Saij Rolle also deserves some recognition as he stole his first stolen base of the season.

The victory got Atlantic back to even at 2-2. As for Glades Day, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-4 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Atlantic will host Lake Worth Christian at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Glades Day, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Atlantic Christian at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
