Basketball Recap: Hodgdon Comes Up Short

After flying high against Madawaska last Thursday, Hodgdon came back down to earth. The Hodgdon Hawks fell just short of the Central Aroostook Panthers by a score of 45-43 on Tuesday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest defeat the Hawks have suffered against the Panthers since February 27, 2021.

Hodgdon dropped their record down to 8-11 with the loss, which was their fifth straight at home. As for Central Aroostook, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 16-2.

As of now, neither Hodgdon nor Central Aroostook have any future games scheduled.
