The Lake Highland Prep Highlanders will venture away from home to square off against the Leesburg Yellow Jackets at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Lake Highland Prep is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 8 runs per game this season.

Lake Highland Prep came into their game on Friday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 14-2 to Orangewood Christian.

Lake Highland Prep saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Alec Ochipinti, who went 1-for-2 with one RBI. Patrick Daly also deserves some recognition as he scored his first run of the season.

Meanwhile, Leesburg unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Thursday. They fell just short of Belleview by a score of 9-8.

Noah Hepburn made the most of his time in the batter's box despite the final result and went 1-for-4 with three RBI, one triple, and one run. The team also got some help courtesy of Trevor Long, who got on base in all four of his plate appearances with one run and one RBI.

Lake Highland Prep's loss dropped their record down to 7-2. As for Leesburg, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-3.
