Volleyball Recap: Idaho Falls Gets the Win

Idaho Falls had to kick off their season on the road on Friday, but they showed no ill effects. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Middleton Vikings.

Leah Thomas paced Idaho Falls' offense, picking up ten kills. Thomas got some help from Paisley Sobieski and her 11 assists. Finally, Thomas was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high two blocks.

Coincidentally, Idaho Falls and Middleton will both be playing Ridgevue the next time they take the court. The Tigers will head out to face the Warhawks at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, while the Vikings will play them later in the day, at 6:00 p.m.
