Soccer Recap: Valley Extends Winning Streak to Three

Valley put another one in the bag on Wednesday to keep their undefeated season alive. They put the hurt on the Florin Panthers with a sharp 4-0 win. The Vikings might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five matches by three goals or more this season.

They hit Florin with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Angel Ayala (2), Brian Saldana, and Matias Velazquez.

Valley pushed their record up to 6-0-2 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 11 goals over those three contests. As for Florin, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-2.

Valley has already played their next game, a 3-0 win against Stevenson on the 13th. As for Florin, they will be playing in front of their home fans against West Campus at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. West Campus' last three matches have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
