Another player making a difference was Ashtyn Holbrook, who went 2-for-4 with one home run, two runs, and one double.
Franklin County's win bumped their record up to 9-5. As for Great Crossing, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-4 record this season.
Great Crossing's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Franklin County has hit smart this season, having averaged an OBP of .460. It's a different story for Great Crossing, though, as they've only averaged .329. Will they be able to contain Franklin County's hitters?
