Volleyball Recap: Blissfield Takes a Loss

Blissfield lost against Madison two weeks ago and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Royals took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Trojans. The Royals have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Blissfield was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the first set very close. The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 25-9.

Blissfield's loss dropped their record down to 8-23. As for Madison, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 25-10-2.

Blissfield wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 1-1 tie against Michigan Center on the 11th. As for Madison, they have also already played their next matchup, a 3-0 defeat against Clinton on the 14th.
