The defeat continues a trend for Gospel Light Christian in their meetings with Alamance Christian: they've now lost four in a row.

Gospel Light Christian's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Alamance Christian, the win keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Gospel Light Christian will challenge Asheboro Hybrid Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Alamance Christian, they will host Faith Christian at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. This will be Alamance Christian's first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
