Basketball Recap: Eastern Hancock Find Success

Eastern Hancock won the last time they faced Triton Central, and Kayden Ruble did his part to make sure it happened again. The Eastern Hancock Royals walked away with a 58-49 victory over the Triton Central Tigers on Saturday thanks in part to Ruble, who dropped a double-double on 18 points and ten rebounds. He continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played.

Eastern Hancock's win bumped their record up to 8-6. As for Triton Central, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 10-7.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Eastern Hancock will square off against Christel House at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Triton Central, they will face off against Covenant Christian at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Covenant Christian knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past ten contests -- so hopefully Triton Central likes a good challenge.
