Colton Halgren put up the most strikeouts he's had since back in May of 2024 on Thursday. He wasn't messing around, striking out 11 batters over 4.2 innings while giving up five earned (and two unearned) runs off only one hit. The pitching appearance was his fourth straight with two or fewer hits.
