Volleyball Game Preview: Kings Knights vs. West Clermont Wolves

Kings is a perfect 10-0 against West Clermont since October of 2020 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. The Knights will host the Wolves at 6:30 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Kings has five straight wins, West Clermont has ten straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the court.

Kings won the last time they faced Little Miami and Kennady Horsley did her part to make sure it happened again. The Knights were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Panthers on Thursday with plenty of help from Horsley, who had ten digs and two aces. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in each of the last three games she's played.

Kings was especially dominant in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 25-10, 25-18, 25-17.

Meanwhile, West Clermont came up short against Lebanon on Thursday, falling 3-0.

Kings' victory bumped their record up to 13-1. As for West Clermont, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-11.

Kings took their win against West Clermont in their previous meeting on September 2nd by a conclusive 3-0 score. Do the Knights have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Wolves turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
