Preview: Franklin vs. Loreauville

Last Friday, Loreauville were within striking distance but couldn't close the gap, as they fell 14-20 to Jeanerette.
Meanwhile, their game two weeks ago wasn't at all kind to Franklin, but their most recent game may have softened the blow. They took their matchup against West St. Mary 26-14. The victory was a breath of fresh air for Franklin as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.
Franklin's win lifted them to 1-3 while Loreauville's loss dropped them down to 0-4. In their win, Franklin relied heavily on senior Jarius Boyd, who rushed for 205 yards and 3 touchdowns. Loreauville will need to find a way to minimize his impact if they want to win.
