Basketball Recap: Ferndale Skates Past Blaine with Ease

After losing to Blaine the last time they met, Ferndale decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Ferndale Golden Eagles claimed a resounding 57-25 victory over the Blaine Borderites. That 32 point margin sets a new team best for the Golden Eagles this season.

Ferndale now has a winning record of 9-8. As for Blaine, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-11.

Ferndale will be playing in front of their home fans against Mt. Baker at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. As for Blaine, they will head out on the road to take on Mount Vernon at 7:15 p.m. on Monday.
