Volleyball Recap: Bartlett Has No Trouble Against Munford

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Arlington, Bartlett was happy to have turned things around on Monday. Everything went their way against the Munford Cougars as they made off with a 3-0 victory. The Panthers haven't had any issues with the Cougars recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

The final score came out to 25-12, 25-14, 25-19.

Hailey Brown paced Bartlett's offense, picking up seven kills. Brown got some help from Emerson Berkes and her 13 assists. Brown also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Kennedy Real, racking up two apiece.

Bartlett's victory bumped their record up to 5-13. As for Munford, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-10.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Bartlett will challenge White Station at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Munford, they will square off against Millington Central at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
