Baseball Recap: Jordan Takes a Loss

Jordan was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They were two runs away from ending the streak, but they lost a 4-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the Albert Lea Tigers. If the Hubmen & Jaguars were looking for revenge after losing 2-0 to the Tigers when the teams met back in May of 2025, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Brock Lucas made the most of his time in the batter's box despite the final result and went a perfect 2-for-2 with one stolen base and one run.

Jordan's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Albert Lea, their victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 3-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Jordan will head out to challenge Delano at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Albert Lea, they will venture away from home to take on Austin at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The last three games the Packers have played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
