Baseball Recap: Vanoss Takes a Loss

After flying high against Dickson on Saturday, Vanoss came back down to earth. The Wolves fell just short of the Lexington Bulldogs by a score of 5-3 on Saturday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest loss the Wolves have suffered since April 24, 2025.

Vanoss' defeat dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Lexington, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 15-3-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Vanoss will face off against Coalgate at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Lexington, they will take on Asher at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
