            The Willow Spring Storm will square off against the Jordan Falcons on Friday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
Willow Spring is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup  on Tuesday. Everything went their way against Hoke County as they made off with  a  14-2 win. The  victory made it back-to-back  wins for the Storm.
 Savannah Callis made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she  struck out ten batters over  six innings while giving up just two earned runs off   five  hits. That's the most  strikeouts  she has posted since back in February. She was also solid in the batter's box,  going 3-for-4 with two  RBI.

 In other batting news,  the team  relied heavily on  Georgia Miller, who  went 3-for-4 with two  triples, three  runs,  and two  RBI. Those  three  runs gave  her a new career-high. Another player making a difference was  Aly Sauerbrei, who  went 2-for-4 with one  home run, three  RBI,  and two  runs.
 Willow Spring  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .514. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Hoke County only posted  an  OBP of  .308.
 Meanwhile, Jordan entered their tilt with Riverside-Durham on Tuesday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They blew past the Pirates 8-1.
 Willow Spring pushed their record up to 12-10 with the  victory, which was their third straight  on the road. Those  road  wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.7 runs on average over those games. As for Jordan, their victory bumped their record up to 17-3.
