 Green Hope can now show off five landslide victories after their most recent  contest  on Thursday. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Sanderson Spartans  a   10-0 shutout. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Green Hope also won the last time the pair played  back in March of 2023.
  Mason Dean spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered  just zero earned runs on four hits and racked up seven Ks. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't  given up  more than two  walks in three consecutive pitching appearances.
 At the plate,  Jacob Krebs Krebs was  incredible,  scoring two  runs and  stealing three bases while going 3-for-4. He is on a roll when it comes to  stolen bases, as he's  now  stolen  at least one in the last three games he's  played. The team also got some help courtesy of  Ryan Luo, who  scored a  run while going 2-for-4.
 The  win  made it two in a row for Green Hope and  bumps their season record up to 6-9. As for Sanderson, they are  on  a  five-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 3-8.
 Both  squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Green Hope will take on Panther Creek at 6:00  p.m.  on Friday. Panther Creek is coming into the  game with seven straight  losses on the road,  meaning Green Hope will have to defend against a  team hungry for a  victory. As for Sanderson, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Athens Drive at 6:00  p.m.  on Friday.
