Football Recap: Petoskey Takes a Loss + How To Watch

After soaring to 32 points the game before, Petoskey was a bit more limited in their matchup on Friday. They took a hard 27-10 fall against the Escanaba Eskymos. The Northmen were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Eskymos apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

Lukas Nemec threw for 106 yards on 12 of 23 attempts.

Petoskey now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Escanaba, the victory was the fifth in a row (dating back to last season) for them, bringing their record up to 3-0.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Petoskey is set to face off against their familiar foe Gaylord at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Escanaba will challenge rival Sault Area at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
