Minster proved they can win big on Thursday (they won by seven) and on Saturday they proved they can win the close ones too. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Indian Lake Lakers 4-2. The win continues a trend for the Wildcats in their matchups with the Lakers: they've now won three in a row.

Minster's victory bumped their record up to 9-4. As for Indian Lake, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-8.

Minster has already played their next matchup, a 10-0 defeat against Fort Loramie on the 25th. As for Indian Lake, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Graham Local at 5:15 p.m. on Monday. The Falcons have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 7.93 runs per game on average), something the Lakers will no doubt try to take advantage of.
