The biggest upset of the week belonged to West, who took down 60th ranked West, 62-42.

Palos Verdes took down Leuzinger 61-0 last week, the largest margin of any game. Matt Lopes in the win.

The Sea Kings' Bryan Scott and Dean Alessi have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading Bay in both passing and receiving yards. Scott has thrown for 395 yards this season, while Alessi, a 6-foot-3 receiver, has 12 catches for 273 yards. Palos Verdes Peninsula's James Nelson leads the league in rushing yards with 357.

Two of the top units in the league will face off this week when Palos Verdes takes on Mira Costa. Guy Gardner's team's offense has racked up 186 points this season, earning them the top spot in the league, while the Mustangs have allowed only 145 on the year.

A big matchup in the league this week will be when Redondo Union takes on the Warriors. As it stands, the Sea Hawks are in third, while West is in first.

The top two defenses in the league will face off this season when the Sea Kings take on Mira Costa. Palos Verdes has allowed 145 points this season, while Don Morrow's team has given up 145. The Sea Kings allowed 0 points last week as they topped the Olympians.

Leuzinger made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 10,221 from 10,531. The improvement was the result of 61-0 victory over Ronald Jenkins' team last week.
