Basketball Recap: Bangor Comes Up Short

Bangor lost against Cheverus back in February and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Bangor Rams had to suffer through a 79-51 loss at the hands of the Cheverus Stags. The Rams were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 43-16.

Bangor dropped their record down to 1-4 with the defeat, which was their 13th straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Cheverus, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 5-0.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Bangor and Deering will round out the year against one another at at 1:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Cheverus, they will square off against Windham at 7:00 p.m. on December 27th.
